In case of any damage to the product during shipment, product shall be replaced
at no cost to customer.
In case customer wants to return product for any reason other than above,
the following applies:
No returns of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping
instructions from the vendor. Any items to be returned must be in a new, never-used
condition in the original shipping carton(s). In all cases where returns are
allowed, merchandise must be shipped pre-paid.
All products that are made-to-order cannot be returned – see details
below
ALLIED Products:
Return of merchandise requires an RA number. Contact us for details. Merchandise
must be returned no later than 45 days after invoice date in the original carton.
No used product will be accepted. A restocking fee of 20% applies.
ANDERSON-HICKEY Products:
There is no return on any Anderson-Hickey products. All are made-to-order
only.
BALT Products:
Return Authorization number is required. Contact us for details. Merchandise
has to be returned in original carton within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise
cannot have been used. A 25% restocking fee applies.
BRETFORD Products:
Only products shipped within the last 60 days are eligible for return. All
products must be in the original shipping carton, unused and never assembled.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required. Restocking fee is 20%. Contact
us for details.
BUDDY Products:
Return Authorization (RA) number is required. Contact us for details. Only
products shipped in the last 60 days can be returned. Must be unused and in
the original carton. A 20% restocking fee applies.
DA-LITE Products:
A return authorization number must be obtained. Contact us for details. A
15% restocking fee applies.
GHENT Products:
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before merchandise can
be shipped back. Only products shipped within the last 60 days are eligible.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
GLOBAL Products:
Prior authorization is required as well as a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
number. Minimum restocking charge is 35%. Contact us for specific instructions.
GLOBE Products:
There is no return on any Globe products. All are made-to-order only.
ICEBERG Enterprises:
Contact us for details and to obtain an RA number. Merchandise must be in
the original carton and returned no later than 60 days from date of purchase.
Restocking fee varies from 10% to 25%, 10% would apply if an exchange takes
place.
MAYLINE & TIFFANY Products:
All merchandise requested to be returned must first be approved and issued
a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Only products shipped within the
past 30 days can be returned. A 30% refurbishing charge will be applied to
all returned items. Any delivery freight costs will not be credited. Contact
us for details.
MAXON (BPI) Products:
All Maxon (BPI) office panels are made-to-order
with the customer’s
choice of fabric and paint finish and cannot be returned.
MIDWEST Folding Products:
Merchandise must have a written consent to be eligible for return. A minimum
15% restocking fee applies. Contact us for details.
SMITH SYSTEM Products:
Merchandise to be returned must have an RA number. Contact us for details.
A 25% restocking fee applies. No merchandise is accepted for return after 90
days from date of invoice.
TEXWOOD Products:
Only products in standard finishes with matching woodgrain laminate are eligible
for return. Returns require an RA number. Contact us for details. A minimum
restocking fee of 15% applies with a minimum of $25.00. Goods must be returned
within 60 days of shipment, in the original carton in an unused condition.
UNITED CHAIR Products:
There is no return on any United Chair products. All are made-to-order only.
VIRCO Products:
No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Contact
us for details A minimum restocking fee of 20% applies.
