Order with complete confidence! We pledge that all information provided to us on our website will not be given, rented, sold or traded with any organization outside of our company. Your information will strictly be used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Your name and address only is communicated to a manufacturer for drop shipment of products to you depending on the size of your order. Our manufacturers are equally held to our rules of confidentiality.

FREE SHIPPING: Products offered with free shipping will ship to your address at no charge to you. All items shipped via UPS or FedEx will be delivered to your door or the usual drop-off point you designated with UPS or FedEx.

In some cases – where clearly specified – we might deliver curbside, meaning the trucker takes the product off the truck and you take it to your designated area.

Liftgate or inside delivery is available at an extra cost. Contact us for details and a quote prior to placing your order unless you are giving this option during the order placement. It is available on select products only.

RETURNS: Always contact us for a Return Authorization Number before you return a product. Returns can only be made within the first 15 days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a refusal. Returns will be subjected to you paying the return freight and a re-stocking fee which varies from 15-25% of the value of the product.

Exceptions: if any product arrives damaged, it shall be replaced at no cost to you. You must inspect the shipment upon delivery and note any damage to the driver.

No made-to-order items can be returned. These specially include all Maxon panels and panel systems as well as any product where a non-standard color has been orderd.

ORDER CANCELLATION: All order cancellations must be made in writing (via email or fax only).

No cancellation is accepted for made-to-order products, unless such cancellation is requested within 12 hours of order placement.

Any order which has entered the production or shipping cycle cannot be canceled. This usually occurs within the 24-36 hours. So, please, when you place an order, realize that your order is a commitment.

BILLING: We issue an invoice for each order. This invoice will be send in a PDF form to the email address given on the order the day after order has shipped. The invoice normally includes a tracking or PRO#. For orders faxed to us, we in turn fax you an invoice unless a different method has been requested.

PAYMENT: Your credit card will be charged after we have verified stock availability and your order has been entered into our system.

Customers with open account status will be invoiced at net 30 terms.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for pricing errors due to computer glitches at checkout. Should a pricing error happen, we will contact you as soon as it is discovered and inform you of the correct pricing for the product before the order is processed.
